7. Refund Policy
Due to the instant and digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for:
Change of mind;
Downloads and access to paid content made in error;

Technical incompatibility on your device;
Lack of implementation support.
Refunds may be granted solely at our discretion for issues such as file corruption or non-accessibility. Requests must be made within 7 calendar days of purchase.
